The thesis is based on the practical standpoint of a middle-school teacher. It ponders over the direction of education improvement. From the analysis of some individual cases, the author puts forward the study of the education in a stratagem aspect. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part makes a reseach on the punishment in the school teaching circumstances. It is mainly about the eccence, the implement stratagies and the evaluation of the punishment in the school teaching circumstances. The second part stresses on the study of the education in a stratagem aspect. It is mainly about its character, its category, its narative ways and its theory formation. It points out emphatically that its four basic points are practice, life, value and wisdom. The purpose of this study is to enhance the expanatory and directive function of the education for our daily educational practice, and to promote the education through practice.
