The morality education is an important of the morality construction of the public. It is very important to keep the healthy growth of the teenagers and keep the stability of the society. The morality education is the procedure to cultivate the morality required by the society. Whether people can form good morality depends on the morality education. Therefore, it has the theoretical and practical importance to research and discuss the process of morality education. Recently, the transformation of the economic mode brings greatly impact of the society, and the conventional morality education can not satisfy the society any more. To improve the quality of morality, the government launches a lot to the time, money, stuff of it, while it doesn't really work. The actual effect must be considered in morality education. One major reason for the lack of actual effect in morality education is the lack of the psychological analysis of the student. To improve the actual effect of morality education, the old mode that emphases on the outer factors must be revised. The psychology factors must be attached importance to and the identity of the student must be respected. By the inner analysis of morality education, the thesis holds that, the major problem in our country is not the unobvious or low efficiency. To bring the developed oversea psychological ideal and achievement into our education and inspire the potential of the students, respect the individual choice, is the only way to improve the morality education and strengthen the actual effect of morality education in China. The thesis consists of 4 parts: Part one: states the morality procedure thoroughly, review the development in China, point out the disadvantage in China, and discuss the interactive relationship between the psychological mechanism and morality forming. Part 2, the definition of psychological guide, its background and base, the relevant technological development, and the achievement. Part 3, the practical importance of psychological guide in the morality education in China. Part 4, to use psychological guide tactics, the case analysis of morality tactics, and the summary. Through the previous discussion, the thesis holds that, aiming at the careless to the identity and different of the individuals, bring the advanced psychological guide tactic and achievement into our country to satisfy the needs of the morality education in our country is urgent. To use the psychological guide tactic, emphasize on the psychological forming mechanism, and inspire the potential of the students will improve the actual effect of morality education.
