It is becoming very important to train people's subject with the arrival of the knowledge economy era and the development of the socialist market economy.3d party sixteenth proposed the scientific outlook on development which is people-oriented,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable. It is of great significance for the construction and implementation of subjective moral education in colleges and universities. For a long times,one of the problems in our colleges and universities moral education is that "inputs" is unbalanced with "outputs",which leads to low actual effectiveness of youth moral education. It is necessary to change the traditional model of moral education and promote moral education reformation. The thesis raises a number of measures on enhancing the effectiveness of colleges and universities moral education. Specific papers structures are as follows:Part I:The analysis on theoretical basis of subjective moral education in colleges and universities: exposition of people-oriented thought on the summary,accurate content of the Marxism "human-oriented" and the guidance on the moral education in colleges anduniversities.Partâ…¡:The explanation of the conception on the subject,subjective character,subjective moral education,the analysis on scientific content,characteristics and necessary of subjective moral education in colleges and universities,the simply summary of different academic perspective on the relationship between educators and students .Partâ…¢:Putting forward to the construction principles,implementation methods,the system consisted of the moral elements:(1)The main construction principles:directional principle,principle of openness,targeted principle,practical principle and systemic principle.(2)Implementation methods:combining theory with practice,combining of the critical with succession,combining democracy with centralization.(3)The system of subjective moral education :moral values innovation; scientific determination of moral goals; updating moral content; innovating moral education method; optimizing moral environment; exploring moral tools; construction of effective mechanism of subjective moral education .
