Human-oriented concept is newly required for moral education in colleges, while that international and internal economies, politics, cultures, ideologies have been changing materially. Respecting students'need and concerning students'right is required in human-oriented education concept. This concept encourages students to develop their potential and make their value well matched with requirement of social development. Based on this human-oriented concept in college moral education, the connotation, value tropism and meanings of this theory are discussed in this thesis. From views of theories with practice, how to build up the system of college moral education is wholly discussed, and some effective solution and suggestions are given in this paper.
