This thesis uses the methods of the literature-discussion and the diagnoses to investigate the type, degree and influencing factors of the interpersonal distress of the contemporary undergraduates of vocational college, provides the certain demonstration-foundation for the solution of the interpersonal distress of the contemporary undergraduates of vocational college and for the research of the correlative problem.Randomly selected 1,013 undergraduates of a vocational college in Wuhan of the Hubei Province, reclaimed 968 valid questionnaires, the reclaiming-ratio is 95.56%, the average age of the survey-objects is 19.71 years old (std = 997). The questionnaires of the diagnoses have: "the general diagnosis scales of the interpersonal relationship "redacted by Zheng Richang, which used to measure the degrees of the four types and the total degree of the interpersonal distress of the undergraduates;uses the "Eysenck Personality Questionnaires" (88-question edition) revised by Chen Zhonggeng, which used to measure the characters of the undergraduates;uses the questionnaire of the objects' basic circumstances redacted by investigator, which used to understand the basic circumstances of the undergraduates and their subjective feelings of the interpersonal distress. The data of the diagnoses are processed the descriptive statistical analysis , the correlative analysis, the multianalysis of stepwise-regression and the variance analysis with the SPSS12.0.Via survey, analysis and discuss, this research have the conclusions:1, The interpersonal distress is sorted four types of "the conversation distress , the sociality distress , the communication-skill distress and the isomerism-intercourse distress" according to " the general diagnosis scales of the interpersonal relationship ".2, The degree of the diversified interpersonal distress is different . Among the undergraduates of vocational college, the sociality distress is the most serious, the communication-skill distress is the slightest.3, The influencing factors of the interpersonal distress of the contemporary undergraduates of vocational college are many, the primary ones of which includes: character, gender , only child or not, health self-appraisement , figure self-appraisement,attribution- tendency of the interpersonal distress and so on the individual factors, and the family address^ the parents' breeding style> the parents' literacy-level and so on the environmental factors;Most primary factor of which is character, and the mood stability of character acts on the prominent function.
