On the other hand , it will also help coaches provide certain psychological frame of reference for the cultivation of their own psychological and training in the future.This topic mainly adopts the culture and data method, questionnaire investigate, statistics method and expert accessing method, and applies "Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) " and "Our Country' s Youth Basketball Team Coaches Personal Information Questionnaires" which separately research the information of the personality characteristics of coaches and their individual basic information .
