With the constant development of social economy and the continuous improvement of industrial modernization, there is a gradually strong demand for development of vocational education day by day. But because of the reasons in many aspects, there are a rather larger number of difficult students in vocational schools. What's more, the difficult students are mostly of mathematics. This has brought direct influence to normal teaching of the vocational schools. Proceeding from the students' actual conditions, this article analyzed the contributing factors of the difficult students in vocational school and studies on the tactics of the transformation of these students, combining with the teaching reality.It has great realistic meanings to the existence and development of vocational school. Based on the fundamentals of pedagogy and psychology, combining with the concrete conditions of students of vocational school and proceeding from the angle of combining with practice in theory, this article made concrete study on the contributing factors of difficult students of mathematics and the tactics of transforming them.Also, this article made a concrete analysis on the causes of formation of the difficult students of mathematics.Proceeding from the environmental factors of the students, cognitive factors based on the theory that students are the subjects and non-cognitive factor, this article put forward the classified tactics of transforming.Finally, the teaching practice proved that the difficult students can be transformed effectively, through an all-round way analysis and proper tactics of transforming, combining with the development of the teaching concrete conditions.
