Performance,derived from management,represents what the organization expects and is an effective output of the organization's goals at different levels.When performance is introduced into the field of education research,the study of learning performance opens a new chapter.Learning performance is no longer a quantified result of learning performance alone.It includes the preparation of learning,learning process,and all the implicit or explicit behavioral results shown in learning outcomes.Most of them selected college students or cooperative learning groups in the research object,and most of them chose e-learning and distance learning in the research content.However,there is little domestic research in the field of vocational education.At present,secondary vocational education is a key development target of vocational education.It is not only an integral part of high school education,but also a first-and intermediate-level technical and technical talent to train production or service.With the development and implementation of quality education at all levels and in all types of schools,the evaluation system that depends solely on test scores has been eliminated.Accurate evaluation of students' learning in secondary vocational schools is crucial.Therefore,this paper will study performance.The concept of learning performance was introduced into secondary vocational education,and the implicit or explicit behavioral results shown in the learning preparation,learning process,and learning outcomes of secondary vocational school students were used as benchmarks to assess their influencing factors.This dissertation takes the learning performance of secondary vocational school students as the research object,starting with basic concepts,and based on attribution theory,performance theory,and Gagne's learning theory,using literature research methods to analyze basic concepts such as learning performance and influencing factors.Assuming three dimensions of learners,teachers,and teaching environment have an impact on the learning performance of students in secondary vocational schools.Second,through the review of literature and on-site inspections to understand the learning characteristics of students in secondary vocational schools,a detailed analysis and formulation of survey questionnaires;again through questionnaire survey use the statistical methods of spss to verify the factors affecting the performance of learning and the influence of these factors on the learner's learning performance in the background;finally analyze the problem and propose a strategy to improve the learning performance of secondary vocational school students.
