With the universality of the computer, a new mental disease - "Internet Addiction Disorder" caused attention of all society increasingly . "Internet Addiction Disorder" is a kind of phenomenon which caused injury of the society and mental function obviously because of overusing or abusing the Internet. It is a kind of mental obstacle and excrescent behavior . IAD had effect on personality characteristic and psychological health of junior middle school students , and also endangered the society , school and family . Therefore it is very important to prevent and cure IAD . But in recent years, the studies about the internet addiction disorder mainly concentrate on the qualitative description and theoretical exploration , but lacking experimental demonstration and intervention. From the aspect of physical psychology , this thesis discusses a physical intervention to the junior middle school students with internet addiction disorder , and provide an economy and healthy method for preventing and curing the "Internet Addiction Disorder" .In this thesis, the self-made Basic Information Questionnaire, Young' s Internet Addiction Test Questionnaire and Wang Jisheng' s Mental Health Quantity were administered to 260 junior middle school students from No. 8 Middle School in Liaocheng .The results show:1. High school student's extracurricular activity is too monotonous, the study pressure is high, 8.4% of the junior middle school students had a tendency internet addiction .2. The IAD rate of male was higher than that of female . It is mainly shown as game addiction for the boys and chat addiction for the girls .3. The junior middle school students with IAD have psychological problems , such as , hostility, social interaction strain and sensitive, depression ,anxicty , the stress of study, emotion unbalance etc. .Methods:19 junior middle school students with IAD and 21 junior middle school students with Internet Addiction Tendency had been intervened with exercise for 8 weeks , three times a week, 40 minutes every time. The results show:1. Physical exercise is an effective method in treating the inclination and the mild IAD .The score of Internet Addiction Test and the online time decreased significantly after two months ; The mental health quantity total scores and factor scores...
