Study On The Quantitative Control Method Of Chinese Elite Men 110m Hurdler's Special Ability

In this paper, the method of quantitative control about Chinese elite men 110m Hurdler's special ability is introduced. Chinese Chinese elite men 110m Hurdler's special ability in this paper refers to special physical quality training condition in this paper refers to special physical quality , special skills and special shape. We also discuss the quantitative control about the nearest factors of special physical quality and special skills. The index system, anticipatory model, evaluation methods, evaluation standards and the method quantitative control are established by using the methods of reference study, investigation, factors analysis, grey connection analysis, regression analysis and logical analysis in the sense of the theories of special training.The main results are obtained as following:1. Through modern scientific theory of system, the theory of system about Chinese elite men 110m Hurdler's quantitative control method of special physical active ability and special skills is established.2. The index system of Chinese elite men 110m Hurdler is established. Hence, the foundation of method of the quantitative control is set up.3. The method of system of Chinese elite men 110m Hurdler found including principle of quantitative control, stage and task, program of control and the substance of control.
