Education has been one of necessary consume-goods nowadays. The general public's need for education consumption and the proportion of education consumption increase day by day,It is obvious that the educational market has been established . As the basis of extracurricular activities , the place of it is the important part of study the educational industries. With the development of the education of extracurricular ,the allocation of the activity place is spotlighted .this study basis on the 15th planning .The allocation of the place of extracurricular activities has been studied on the basis of the theory of urban planning.
