This essay focuses on the relationship between the family education and children's social adaptation ability as well as their moral cultivation in the period of compulsory education. With the rapid development of our society, people need more and more basic techniques to adapt our outer environment. The social adaptation ability plays very important role for the students in the compulsory education stage to meet the reality demands. In the process of developing these useful abilities and skills, family education can make extremely essential influence. Facing the contemporary challenge, we need cultivate the students' social adaptation ability following the guidance of moral principle. Only by doing so, can our students gain the comprehensive development and become more useful for our nation and socialism.The essay contains four parts in total. The first part is mainly about the brief introduction of the existing researches, focusing on the science results, and then we raise the problem of this essay. The second part is made up of the whole process of convey, and the subjects are the 830 parents of the students in the stage of compulsory education, which were drawn from the city and the country in the Jiangxi province at random. Based on these statistics, the present situation and key factors are put forward to consideration. The third part of the essay is comprehensive discuss part. In this part, we analyze in apart the relationship between the family education and students' social adaptation ability as well as moral cultivation. Then we throw light on the relations among these three factor by providing a relationship model of them. At the end of this part, we raise some practical suggestions for the parents to improve their parenting skills in order to develop their children's social adaptation ability under the guidance of moral principle. In the last part, five main conclusions were drawn to sum up systematically the main opinions of this essay.
