Research On Models & Mechanism Of University-Industry Cooperation Of Universities

University-Industry Cooperation is to mean the cooperation among Enterprise, College and Academe. It is the certain need of S&T and Economy in one. In fact, University-Industry Cooperation is to make use of elements in effect to promote techno-innovation and enterprises becoming the principal undertaker of techno-innovation. It is the certain need of S&T and Economy in one.Nowadays, China's national long-and-medium-term S&T development plan is putting in practice. China puts forward swelling capability of national Self-innovation and build innovation nation, to build the national & regional technology innovation system which is undertaken by enterprises.This paper sums up theories and models of University-Industry Cooperation. As a case of Hefei University of Technology, analyzing actualities of university-industry cooperation and taking PESTN analyzing the environment, it sums up the shortcomings of university-industry cooperation of Hefei University of Technology.At last, this paper gives a whole blue print to resolve that shortcomings. The blue print is made up of Cell-team based on Self-organization, Virtual Institute which is provided with power of integrating R&D resources, and the university-industry cooperation center as a deputy of Hefei University ofTechnology.
