Trends Of Talent Cultivation In Institutions Of American Higher Education

Confronted with globalization, with the challenge of knowledge economy and the national overall power competitiveness in the 21st century, countries worldwide are paying more and more attention to cultivating the efficacy talents in higher education. Although many achievements have been made in Chinese talent cultivation in higher education in recent years, there are still some deficiencies after all.
