Study On Post-setting Of SL Institution's Public Service Unit

For a long time, the management model of party and government organs have been adopted to the staff of the SL industry institutions. In order to adapt to the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system, the Ministry of Personnel launched the reform of public institutions. In case of this situation, the SL industry reformed their institutions. The SL industry post-setting programs which was investigated in the article is an important component of this reform.This article is made up of the following contents: The research background and the significance of this project and the relevant theory of post-setting were introduced in the article, followed by the study of the situation of public institutions and post-setting. Furthermore, the plan of post-setting about public institutions was put forward and an example was presented to account for the plan. Finally, the evaluation of the SL industry's post-setting and some suggestions to improve it were given.
