And because the definition of domestic violence is narrow, limiting hitting, kidnap and killing, but ignoring the prevailing cold war, diction and hiding, etc. We should realize the domestic violence is general and need to govern commonly. The main part of government, society and administration of justice, the intervening of subdistrict office, agency and public security, and the supporting of organization, unit and public save the legal rights.
