It is a historic mission of China's higher education in the 21stcentury to foster competitive and innovative talents. The highervocational education has occupied the half of China's higher education.Its goal is to foster higher professional technical persons who havepractical techniques. The physical education, running through thethinking activity and the physical activity, can promote students' will andqualities like the competitive consciousness and cooperative spirits,strong will and perseverance. Therefore, more importance should beattached to the physical education in the higher vocational colleges thanin the general universities.As an educator, organizer, leader during the physical educationalprocess in a school, the physical teacher is the important influentialsource of the students' psychological development and behavior.Therefore, the quality of the teaching result depends on the influence ofthe physical teacher to a great degree, especially for the natural influence.So it is a valuable project to discuss enhancing the natural influence of thephysical teacher's behavior.This paper draws lessons from the research results of the relevantdomestic and international subjects, has studied and probed into thenatural influence of the physical teacher's behavior in higher vocationaleducation, attempts to understand and analyze the current status of thenatural influence of the physical teacher's behavior in China's highervocational colleges. It has a considerable theoretical and realisticsignificance to raise the physical education result, to better display theadvantages of physical education and to increase the talents' integralquality in higher vocational education.The degree to which teachers and students' recognize on physicalteacher's behavioral natural influence in the higher vocational colleges is investigated through the questionnaire survey; the differences betweenphysical teachers' behavioral natural influence in realty and the one instudents' imaginative world are compared; and the factors influencing theteachers' behavioral natural influence is also analyzed.Currently, the physical teachers in higher vocational colleges havenot fully realized or exerted the significant role in their work.Especially, it is very disregarded, such as person's habits; care and showconsideration for student; ability to study etc. Thus the teachers' action isbeyond students' expectation and their fostering advantages have notperformed yet. In short, the physical teachers are expected to unceasinglyupgrade their own role consciousness, and simultaneously, the society andcolleges should give prominence to physical education and the physicalteachers.
