Research On The Effectiveness Of Physical Education Classroom Teachers' Guidance In Secondary Vocational Schools

Physical education is an important part of teaching in Vocational schools.It is also the basis for improving students' physical quality and sports spirit.It is also an important guarantee for training excellent professional and technical talents.Physical education in secondary vocational schools is an important means to improve students' physical quality,help them to establish lifelong sports consciousness and cultivate students' strong will and perseverance through professional teaching,guidance and training of physical education teachers.Therefore,strengthening the research on the teaching behavior of PE teachers in secondary vocational schools and their guiding behavior in the teaching activities can not only help secondary vocational schools to understand the teaching situation of PE teachers,teaching guidance behavior,but also find out the problems,and provide more reference and participation for improving the effectiveness of PE teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools in an all-round way.Taking Huaiyin Business School in Huai'an City as an example,this study investigates and analyses the effectiveness,influencing factors and characteristics of guidance behavior of PE teachers in secondary vocational schools through interviews and observation.At the same time,using empirical analysis and mathematical statistics to collate and analyze the relevant research data,and combining with the current situation and existing problems of physical education teaching in secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward some improvement strategies to improve the effectiveness of teaching guidance behavior of physical education teachers in Vocational schools: first,to improve the teaching environment in an all-round way,second,to increase the training of physical education teachers;third,physical education teachers should constantly mention it in teaching practice.Improve their professional accomplishment and professional skills,such as improving technical explanation strategy,improving teaching attitude strategy and demonstration strategy.In addition,physical education teachers in vocational schools should continue to innovate teaching modes to effectively stimulate students' interest in physical education learning,and take success as the teaching orientation,and draw up guidance time scientifically to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of physical education guidance,so as to truly achieve the purpose of improving the quality of physical education "teaching" and "learning" in Vocational schools..
