Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of different modes of hypoxic training on cytochrome oxidase (CCO) and succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) of key aerobic metabolic enzymes and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) of key renal anaerobic metabolism enzymes in myocardial of rats. This experiment also hopes to observe the effects of atmospheric simulation hypoxic training on aerobic and anaerobic exercise training capacity in rats, in order to provide little inspiration and guidance information of hypoxic training for practical training in the application and development. Methods: 50 healthy male 8-week-old rats were randomly divided into five groups: living at normoxic condition-no-exercise control group (A), living at high altitudes-no-exercise group (B), living and training at normoxic condition (C), living at high altitudes-training at normoxic condition (D), living at high altitudes-training at low altitude (E), with 10 rats in each group. C, D groups performed interval training under normal oxygen conditions; E group underwent hypoxic training at normal atmosphere and hypoxia-simulate altitude of 1200m environment and slept at normal atmosphere and hypoxia-simulate altitude of 2800m environment; D group was exposed in hypoxia (simulate altitude of 2800m) for 16 hours every day; B and E groups lived at normal atmosphere and hypoxia-simulate altitude of 2800m environment in addition to cleaning and feeding. Sixth batch of training for 4 min Movement /4 min rest proportion of the training is training 1min rest, Ultimate Strength training for speed, speed of 15m/min intermittentrest, a total of two groups, each of four, Group break time was 10 minutes. By measuring blood lactate concentrations during the campaign period and rats to adjust the movement speed. Six-week experiment, animals adapt to two weeks, four weeks of formal experiment. Adapt to the pace of the first week campaign 10-20m/min×10-20min; adapt to the pace of the second week campaign 20-20m/min×30min, the main train rats aerobic capacity, O2 concentration 18.5-14.6%×2-10h hypoxia adaptation. After training, anesthetized rats after blood, take heart, bloodsamples were measured for blood. Heart samples for extracting quantitative ventrieular muscle samples homogenized solution was for myocardial CCO. The measurement of SDH and LDH. Measured after each of the groups between the statistical data, compared to sum up their differences. Results: (1) Cytochrome oxidase (CCO): Experimental results show that In addition to regular training group and resident groups living quiet, CCO level of the remaining groups were significantly different (P<0.01).(2) Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH): Experimental results show that Usual quiet group and the rest are significant differences among the groups (P<0.01). Usual practice group and often live between quiet, there was significant difference (P<0.05), a quiet and high-living resident regular training group HiLo significant difference between groups (P<0.01), high living and high living very quiet group training group HiLo significant difference between groups (P<0.01). Standing high living and living high and training low training group there were significant differences among the groups (P<0.05).(3) Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH): Experimental results show that permanent resident quiet group and no significant difference between regular training. Usual quiet group and no significant difference between living a quiet, the usual practice group and often no significant difference between living a quiet, Usual practice often quiet and high-living group HiLo significant differences between groups (P<0.01) Usual practice group and often live often have significant training group (P<0.05). Usual practice group and the normal group living high and training low and there is a significant difference (P<0.01), high living and high living very quiet group training group HiLo significant differences between groups, often living high and training group HiLo significant difference between groups (P<0.05).
