The resource of training expense is simple and little, so there is inadequate training expense. The ground and facilities are not ideal and perfect, which affects the normal training seriously. Besides, the householders support amateur track and field very much, which is good for the development of track and field sport.3. The level of the whole players is not high, and there is lack of excellent players. Player take part in too few matches, so they get few chances to train. The arrangement of training and educational courses is not reasonable enough.
