The Study Of Competitive Swimming Reserve Talents Cultivation And Development Strategies In Heilongjiang Province

In 1995, the former State Physical Culture and Sports Commission issued "Outline of Planned Honors in the Olympic Games". After entering the 21st century, with the deepening of many kinds of social reforms in our country, and with the further implementation of the "Outline", the sports reserve for swimming talents in Heilongjiang Province is facing new challenges and opportunities. Competitive swimming results indicated that the level of swimming events in Heilongjiang has dropped considerably, and the gap in swimming is widening between Heilongjiang and other provinces. This decline shows that, no matter on the quantity or the quality, the training on swim reserve talents in Heilongjiang Province has been left behind. Thus, during the period of economic transformation, the study of the training of swim reserve talents in Heilongjiang Province has great realistic and directive significance to the high-level and sustainable development of the sports in Heilongjiang Province.This thesis uses reference documents, interviews, questionnaires, logics, and statistics, and studies professional swimming teams inside Heilongjiang province, diversified forms of swimming schools, coaches in technical schools of aquatic sports (including the sports school of the swimming competition), athletes, athletes' parents, and the Swimming Competition Administrative Center of Heilongjiang Province. After questionnaires and on-the-sport interviews, the basic current situation has been known about the training of swim reserve talents in Heilongjiang Province, the main factors influencing the training of talents has been found out, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward.The results indicate:(1)The current competition system has already become one of the main factors that influencing and restraining the selecting of suitable potential athletes, and the cultivating the able athletes to a certain extent. (2)Swim training gymnasiums and stadiums are not enough. (3)There are not useful and reasonable selecting methods to pick out talents. (4)Coaches and athletes have different goals, thus gradually resulting in the decline of the training quality. (5) The swimming athletes and coaches generally ignore the study of the relevant knowledge. (6)A feasible way to cultivate reserve talents is to train for payment. (7)The way of "combination of physical education and cultural education" is an effective way in swim training in Heilongjiang Province.
