Teachers are the backbones of the education cause. They have long been compared to scientific knowledge propagator, civilization cultivator and archetect of human souls, or even spring silkworm, candle, gardener etc. All the metaphors embody both the greatness of teacher profession and the high expectation to teachers'moral qualities from the society. The page of time has been turned to 21st century and meanwhile the higher vocational education is stepping into a booming period, but the professional ethics and morality of vocational college teachers, especially young teachers fails to live up to the expectation of the society. The issue of demoralization of teachers has been one of the focuses under the world spotlights. With the rapid economic globalization and the profound social changes, it requires young teachers to establish a correct outlook of professional ethic, which directly affects the development of our higher vocational education cause, the thourough implementation of the education policies of our Party and country, and the possibility of promoting the development of our economy and society. In a word, it is closely related to the construction of our socialist harmonious society.In order to carry out the research on the professional ethics of young college teachers, we should be able to answer several questions first. Why is it that we should strengthen the building of ethics and morals of young teachers in vocational colleges? What is the significance and necessity of doing so? Only by answering these questions can we analyze the existing professional ethic problems among young teachers in vocational colleges, and probe into the causes of the problems. Thereafter, certain solutions can be raised accordingly for the causes. Therefore, based on the understanding of Humanistic Thought and Scientific Development View, this thesis is written following the same thought and abiding by dialectical and historical materialism, and integrating the knowledge of different disciplines such as philosophy, ethics, pedagogics, study of moral education, and psychology, etc.In this thesis, the importance of strengthening the building of professional ethics among young teachers in vocational colleges is expounded at first, followed by the analysis of the prevailing professional ethical problems among young vocational college teachers. After the full undrestanding of the professional ethical problems of them, an attentive fundamental idea of moral construction is put forward in terms of strengthening understanding of problems, eslablishing regulations, reinforcing education and improving the environment respectively, so as to explore a new approach for moral education and professional ethics training of young teachers in vocational colleges in accordance with the current vocational education features.
