A Research On The Current Situation Of Aerobics Education In Fujian Universities And The Countermeasures

Taking the aerobics competition of the 13^th University Games in Fujian province in 2006 and coaches and athletic as subjects, the paper has made the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the aerobics sports level in high university of Fujian province by using law of documents and materials, the investigation method of the questionnaire, record image analysis method, expert interview law, data processing, etc, the purpose is through researching and analyzing to the aerobics sports level in high university of our province and a series of facts which influence gymnastics sports level in high university. The main conclusions and countermeasures has been brought forward to ameliorate the competition organization and management, and improve the aerobics sports level popularity and heighten to provide the basis of the theory and practice.Result of study:1. Though the value and devotion of the aerobics sports have improved obviously after Fujian university aerobic association held in 2004, they are not proportion to the vigorous rise of the aerobics sports. The train and the way of funding aerobic games is invariable, the contrast is large and the system of prize is imperfect.2. The stadiums for university aerobics training has improved greatly, but still has a distance of standardization. The sports equipment do not ensure the normal need of the training of aerobics team.3. The structure of coach in college of my province is young, and the level is increasing. But their education, judgment, sports level and degree of specialization are insufficient.4. About 60% of the athletes in universities of our province is normal students. Most of them are lack of systematic training. The aerobics team do not select the good sportsmen, and the level of the initial athletes is low.5. According to the influent facts of the sports level existed in Fujian Province, some corresponding countermeasure should be taken. Firstly, through many kinds of approaches, especially the television and news media, strengthen the propaganda of aerobics sports item to enhance the leadership's value and interest. Secondly, display the function of Fujian aerobics association, strengthen the competition management, enlarge the competition scale and rise the chance of the competition and communion, so as to train systematically and chronically. Thirdly, train the coach at regular intervals to enhance creation, training and music making level, and to keep the coach's expert idea modernization. Fourthly, after being the competition item of University Games in Fujian province, aerobics should be list as high level athletes' item in universities, to promote aerobics sports level in universities of our province. Finally, on the basis of ensuring the most financial invest from school, make use of the characteristic of aerobics to attract more businessmen's support, so that the boost of the aerobics training and competition and sports level have firm basis.
