The research which attempts to begin with the theory of multiple intelligences, pedagogy, educational administration and so on ,use the casebook research, will celibately see about the school-based teacher training the H Middle School school-based in-service teacher training will be grasped as a whole ,adopting the methods such as talking , visiting, observing, questionnaire, literature research and so on. Outspreading from teacher frame of reference the system and the mode of the school-based in-service teacher training ,this research will focus on analyzing the school-based in-service teacher training, research the usage of theory of multiple intelligence in the school-base teacher training to find the problem existent and work out the way of this. Summarize the experience of the school-based teacher training under the reform of new course, we must pay attention to following questions while thinking about the future secondary school-base teacher training.This article is made up of three parts.The first part, the research based on recalling and summarizing the internal and overseas school-based in-service teacher training recently, according to the theory of multiple intelligence, discusses the relations between the teacher training and the new course reform, and point out the research thought of developing the school-base teacher training by using the theory of multiple intelligence under the background of new reforms.The second part, analyses the five-year practice which comes from the H Middle School, and the problems that still exist, show in details the situation of practice of the H Middle School dealing with school-based in-service teacher training by using the theory of multiple intelligence under the background of new reforms.The third part has the deep thinking for developing the middle school-based in-service teacher training, explore the development current of school-based in-service teacher training by using the theory of multiple intelligences, and try to boost the reformation of new reform.
