The Olympic Games are the world's most influential international sporting events, they are the arenas to make athletes from all over the world struggle and display Sports magnetism, and they are also the stages to present the overall strengths of every country. At present, the opening ceremony of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is approaching, the focus and the core of the work is to prepare for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games roundly, the training of national teams is closely around the Olympic Games undertaken.Shooting which is one of the Chinese Olympic items with traditional strengths, won its first Olympic gold medal for China in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games, and have had outstanding achievements in the later participation of the 16th Olympic Games. The overall level of Chinese shooting item has made tremendous progress, but contrast to rifle item, the pistol project development is not as well as the former. The overall level of the Chinese women's pistol item is in the forefront of the international arena, we also have a number of athletes who are able to win the gold medal in the World contexts. But the 2005-2007 women's international competition pistol project performance statistics shows that the situation is not ideal. To enable the Chinese women's pistol training projects be scientific and personality, we use the methods of Sports Biomechanics to test the woman pistol shooting action, with a view to identifying the rules of the movement technology, enhance their pistol training to be scientific , improve training efficiency and reduce the growing periods of the athletes, and make the athletes'training get the guidance of scientific theories.Through the search of the relevant literature at home and abroad, we found the woman pistol Skill sports biomechanics research is relatively less. Over the years, we have been emphasizing the scientific sports training, but with the actual training of the athletes we discovered special skills training targeted campaign are not strong enough. This study is completed by the actual muscle movements in the process of releasing the EMG studies, the armed arm muscles work force analysis of the technical movements of the athletes and the reasonable diagnosis for the day-to-day special body training, the Special Forces training to identify scientific basis for the actual shooting of the athletes. Through the process of balance tests, it can identify the characteristics and differences of high-level women'balance ability in the process of pistol shooting. We use the laser-aimed at testing the athletes to complete shooting action process, guns swaying track, and other related indicators for monitoring and guiding athletes training for coaches to provide a theoretical reference.This research use the Belgium production foot scan balance7.6 balance test operating system; EMG United States Nor axon wireless telemetry system; and Russian Scott laser targeting test system to test and analysis the body balance ability in process of shooting, the state of the work of armed arm'muscles and the characteristics of guns'sloshing for the eight active athletes in the National pistol Team. With the actual shooting rings to identify the main factor to affect women air pistol shooting performance, it provides a theoretical basis for guiding the special physical training for the athletes.Discovery on the Study:(1)using the balance test system ,surface electromyography test system, and test system for laser targeting to analysis the women air pistol shooting action targeting deduction comprehensively provides a reliable method for shooting training and guidance.(2) Chinese women's air pistol shooting athletes in the process of shooting focus the direction of before and after more than sloshing about the direction, and sloshing magnitude of both are smaller; athletes with better shooting results focus on sloshing path length and cover smaller.(3) The Chinese women's air pistol athletes aiming deduction phase of the armed arm muscles acting consistency need to be further enhanced. The order of the process of firing the gun arm muscle is: the front of the deltoid muscle, trapeziums, the center of the deltoid, radial side wrist extensor, triceps, rear deltoid, biceps, superficial flexor; armed arm of the athletes of different muscle'EMG integral changes are in the overall gentle upward trend, and smaller acting muscles EMG is not obvious integral curving up, the main achievements of athletes in general integral use force muscle EMG with a larger fluctuations.(4) Chinese high-level women's air pistol athletes aim at a shorter time, they choose to fire on the first period of stability; the better achievements ,the shorter time; athletes'aiming stage, the direction of firearms from top to bottom is bigger than sloshing of the direction. the firearms targeting Rate of better results athletes is larger, sloshing trajectory three seconds before firing guns is longer; athletes with better results firearms sloshing include small area than athletes in general integral; long training period, the impact point of difference in the firing instantaneous of the top-performing athletes is smaller.(5) Physical balance, muscle armed arm of the coordination work and guns swaying mutual are the three factors to influence with each other. When the body balance is Lower , by increasing the level of access to firearms the armed arm muscles can forced the stability, but will cause decreased muscle coordination, destruction of the natural sloshing of firearms laws and keeping the action in the firing instantaneous, resulting in a low number of the missiles Central.
