Shooting is an Olympic sports with accuracy and stability, especially pistol, standingposition, a small supporting surface, muscle stability requirements even higher. To maintainthe stability of pistol, persistence, consistency, coordination, body muscle groups involved inthe work of the central nervous system must be alleged in the motion, with a high degree ofcoordination, muscle strength control, balance to become the important factor in thecompetition. EMG can accurately evaluate and demonstrate a technical movements andmuscle activation force required to force sequential order, and forced the situation andcoordinating role of the relationship of the muscle. Use of EMG monitoring to analysis ofsurface electromyography, is an effective way to improve the athletes’ action and athleticperformance.Objective: Through the surface electromyography (EMG) monitoring of woman pistolathlete of national shooting team and shooting team of Hebei Province, we can more intuitive,comprehensive, objective, accurate surface analysis EMG features and correct time of mainly8arm muscles in armed state with the women’s air pistol athletes in Hebei Province, andEMG changes before and after time during the women’s sport pistol rapid fire training course.Combined with practical training in science and technology, detection and analysis systemfound the woman pistol athletes in Hebei province, the objective law, the core,comprehensiveEMG features. According to the analysis of the athletes’ own EMG characteristics, screeningout the main EMG effecting of training and competition results, and provide the scientifictraining monitoring reference for Hebei province based training and preparing for the gameshooting team.Subjects and methods: We carry out experiments for the women pistol shooting team ofHebei Province’s10players (five national top athletes, five national second-classathletes).Select the mega6000wireless EMG test system, while receiving the contribution ofthe forced arm, the average amplitude of integrated EMG; EMG amplitude standard deviationof the the deltoid, deltoid muscle bundles, the deltoid, biceps, triceps, extensor carpi scratch,means superficial flexor eight gunmen forced the major contribution of the arm muscles of theathletes. Using the laser aiming test system in the shooting range to record the time. Theresearch methods of this article includes literature, measurement, expert interviews, andmathematical statistics. Using the Excel2003to analyzed the resulting data from the test. Apart of the data use the SPSS18.0paired T test data package to P <0.05for the difference was significant, P <0.01for the difference is very significant.Conclusions:1. The outstanding woman’s pistol shooting athletes of Hebei Provincehave stability EMG, the indicators do not appear very significant difference. It is reasoned thatthe elite athletes score is good or bad have a direct relationship from psychological state ofmind and the experiment failed to measure muscle.2.The time of all of the athletes whoparticipate the testing are aiming in he normal range, select to firing in the first stable period.The athletes beyond the first level are more decisive, each time targeting issued in consistent.During the experiment, we found that the excellent athletes should not only to have a goodcommand of technical action, but also to control their mental activity, they take fullpreparation before, on and after their every shot. They will put down the gun immediatelywhen they find that they are in bad situation and never critical themselves.3.When ourprovince of elite women’s rapid fire shooter competed rapid-fire shooting sports the muscleexert themselves successively anterior bundle of deltoid muscle, trapezius, deltoid musclebundles, radial side of the wrist extensor; auxiliary exert force are the deltoid muscle afterbrachial biceps, triceps, finger superficial flexor. Muscles before training and after-schooltraining are relatively little change in the contribution rate, and anterior bundle of deltoidmuscle,trapezius,musculus flexor digitorum sublimis, extensor carpi scratch muscles appeardifferences, it may be due to the special characteristics of technology, shoot more often, orlong time, resulting in muscle began to participate in compensatory related. When two of thefollowing athletes completed training courses the muscle mainly exert are in the same orderwith first rank athletes, but contribution rate exhibit considerable variation exhibitconsiderable variation after-school training, the eight muscles are significant differencesemerged, among which anterior bundle of deltoid muscle and the fluctuations trapezius,deltoid muscle bundles, radial side of the wrist extensor are integrated larger and unconsciousdistortion in the rapid-fire action training.
