A Study To The Role Of Personal Character In Contacts

The prosperity and development of the economy, science and technology, have not only let the people of modern society enjoy an increasingly rich material life, but also let the people have to bear the resulting moral confusion and embarrassment. Personal Character, as the social character's internalization in the individual, is a moral entity exists, and is loyalty, kindness and virtue in a concentrated expression of individuals. Contacts, as a basic way of our human existence, is also the generality all kind of Conduct activities between contacts itself to others, and to the various social contacts. Personal Character infiltrates extensively in all aspects of contacts activities, and impacts imperceptibly the orientation of the conduct and the value of standards in people's contacts. Therefore, whether the people's social contacts be or not be good moral character and personal requirements of the cultivative problems, have become an increasing concern to the people. Based on the consideration of the above, the paper will concentrate on the role of exchanges activities.This paper horizontally described the role of personal character to contacts on the basis of moral connotations from four aspects such as the moral cognition, moral sentiments, Deutsche goods, moral conduct; Vertically describing the role of personal character existed in different social and historical period; and actively for strategies between society and individuals on the basis of analyze the personal character under the conditions of market economy status.
