The Research On Limited Factors Of Athletic Sports' Management Systems In Our Country

Since the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening policy, competitive sports have made remarkable achievement in our country; management system plays an important role in this period. Review the experience of the development of competitive sports in our country since the establishment of China, the system played an important role and even in today. But with the development of times and the society, the economic system transformation and also the social transition, the existing system already or partly does not meet the contemporary social development, the internal disadvantages are significant. In order to keep the sustainable and healthy development of competitive sports, the management system of competitive sports needs the reform urgently. Through the analysis of the history, the current state and the existing problems of competitive sports system, this paper has discuss the restrictive factors in management system of competitive sports, has proposed the reform suggestion of the management system of competitive sports in our country.In order to find a countermeasure to adapt the reform of the management system of competitive sports, this paper uses the methods of literature material; expert interview; questionnaire survey; case analysis etc. to systematically discuss the forming history and the current situation of the management system of competitive sports in our country. The result of study shows that, 1. The disequilibrium of regional economic development plays certain restricted function on the development of the competitive sports in our country. 2 The quality of tertiary training network system is low, reserve talents of competitive sports have certain discrepancies, and reserve talents have relatively insufficient. 3. The training goal is deviated from social demand; personnel training system and the realistic contradiction are conspicuous. The present personnel training system of education and professional education are existing taking competitive sport as leading factor inclination. It brings many problems, such as narrow range of knowledge, low ability to adaptive the society and also cause the athlete hard to find a job after retiring. 4 There are a great deal of bad phenomena in the athletic competition in our country, has destroyed the fair play order of sports. 5 raining efficiency is low, the contradiction of learning and training become the main problem that has existed in reserve talents of competitive sports training in our country. 6 Management systems, regulations are imperfect; the legal intensity is low, these are limited the scientific development of sports. 7 The sports scientific and technical result is not translated to competition sports, the operating mechanism is not complete.
