Study On The Issues About Competency Of Competitive Sport Coach

In order to establish quantitative and qualitative competency evaluation index system of coaches'cognitive and enrich method of coaches'evaluation fatherly,the research takes the theories and methods of human resources management competence. Based on analysis and collating the sports category theories, breakthrough the existing sports projects classification theory focus on the form factor analysis of the limitations of movement, through the method of philosophical speculation, in-depth sports the intrinsic nature of the establishment of a sports element of the three-dimensional concept, and by means of quantitative analysis by the mathematical establishment has to overcome, control and coordination for the elements of three-dimensional sports classification system, which can be more essential for the analysis of sports law to provide a more solid theoretical foundation for the coaches competency assessment by the experience, perceptual to the quantitative, provide a rational basis.From the point of view of strategic human resource management, the primary objective is to establish a satisfactory evaluation index system of coaches or potential coaches, during the practice of competitive sports management. However, competency evaluation of coaches requires scientific and reasonable evaluation on athletic trainings, and demands in-depth analysis and research on sports events, to grasp their essential attributes. Accordingly, in order to reveal the essence of sports events, this thesis conducts an in-depth exploration of essential attributes of sports events, by reviewing previous studies; meanwhile, this study provides a more reasonable classification of sports events, based on the author's understanding on the essential attributes of sports events, by means of existing research results of taxonomy. The finding of this study provides a better guidance for the training of sports events, and functions as an early warning for problems occurred during trainings, so that we will find problems and solve them more timely; moreover, better prediction and evaluation on coaches before competitions will be achieved, which will provides guidance and guarantee for better development of sports events.Coaches cognitive clan competence mainly embodies in its deductive thinking and inductive two aspects, namely, to grasp the essence of sports on the essence of sports and the relationship between them or interacting with the integration of decomposition correctly. Then based on the analysis on the basis of previous studies, take the metaphysical classification method of analysis and classification of sports. In summary, strength, control, and coordination are the three core elements. The present study designs a questionnaire with 6 questions for each major event, based on an analysis on the essential characteristics of 39 major events in London Olympic Games and Sochi Winter Olympics, and expert interviews in sports field. Hereby, analysis, statistical treatment, and modification of the questionnaire have been carried out, and minor events have been further elaborated. After that, Chinese advanced coaches from 48 top-level sports teams of China have been selected to answer the questionnaire, 2 coaches for each event. Furthermore, classification result of sports events is obtained on the basis of cluster result, so that an evaluation index system of coaches is constructed.
