The Research On The Problem Of Women Development Under The Background Of Working Temporarily Outside

With the emerging of the research in domestic and foreign on females, the question of women and development becomes the global topic, the research of females receives more and more attentions as independent subject. At the same time, the quantity and the scale of floating population in our country are increasing and expanding unceasingly, working temporarily outside was already become one of main incomes in countryside, the every aspects of life in village are charged deeply. This thesis adopts the qualitative research method, and take the Tibetan women of village community under the background of floating population that starts in recent years, discusses the Influence and function on working temporarily outside of men and women about women and development.The thesis consists of five parts: the first part, as a prelude to the article, not only introduces the most new research prograss in this fields and formation about the topic, but also introduces the research methods and the basic situation of the community; The second part starts with the working temporarily outside of man after the "Natural Forest Proteetion Projeet" , thoroughly analyze the promotion function on working temporarily outside and development of women in collective hiring out of work, and the profound influence to village. The third part, describes five aspects of sex culture of LaLigou village penetratingly,thus constructs the present situation and the gender hierarchy of femlas under the background of working temporarily outside, outlines the breakthrough and predicament on the women and development. The fourth part, takes the tardigrade metamorphosis of gender hierarchy and gender relationship in the village as the subject, portrays the charges in gender hierarchy and gender relationship under the background of working temporarily outside. The fifth part, recollect the women and development and the harmonious community question in LaLigou village.
