The motion perception abilitiy is a holistic reflection of man's brain to the objectivity that directly working on the sense organ of mankind, and it is also a simplest cognitive activity which reflecting the individual attributes by the coordination of one's multiform analyzers. It is also a kind of reflection in the brain of mankind for the displacement, motion speed as well as self motion state. So it is much significant to people's life and work if they can correctly estimate and judge the motion state and its speed. The capability of motion perception ability is indispensable and important aesthesia ability in the individual life because it is both the most basic mental and physical ability in the organism. To raise the level of individual motion perception ability ability has an important effect on the matter of improving the ability of meeting the emergency and the ability of accurately distinguishing the present situation. At the same time, the proper developments of motion perception ability can promote both the proper developments of space and time perception. The same as space and time perception, the motion perception ability of a man is an acquired character by learning. This article is on the fact that the life in the primary school is the quickest period of the motion perception ability development, the training method which can effectively promote the development of motion perception ability, and how to make the physical training meet the law of the development and change of the pupils'mentality in order to promote the benign development of pupil's motion perception ability more effectively. The major purpose of this research depends on the influence of the systematic table tennis training upon the motion perception ability development of primary school pupils. By experimenting with two groups: experiment group which consists of 40 primitive pupils (10-11 years old) of the spare time classes of tennis, Children's Palace of Changchun, and comparative group which consists of the same number of high grade pupils of Primary School Attach to Changchun University of Science and Technology, using the datum analyzing method, expert-visiting method, comparatively trailing method, math-physical statistic method and logical analyzing method, and by comparing the pupils trained under the systematic tennis practice with the pupils having not trained under such practice, we obtained following conclusions:1. There is no difference between the experiment group and comparative group with aesthesia ability in depth, speed, kinesthesia position and limens for visional reception; 2. There is difference between the experiment group and comparative group with motion perception ability ability. That means the motion perception ability ability of experiment group is all superior to that of comparative group, and the motion perception ability ability of man pupils of experiment group is all superior to that of the man pupils of comparative group, and the same is the woman pupils in the comparison.3. The man pupils of experiment group after participating the table tennis training are all superior to whom before the participation the same training with the motion perception ability ability. And, the same situation happened among the man pupils and woman pupils.
