Male Wushu Sanda Athletes' Field Independence-Field Dependence Cognitive Style & Attention Characteristics And The Relationship Between Them

Based on the correlative production and researches in other fields,the study is to measure Sanda players' cognitive style and attention.The study focuses on the following points:Firstly,it explores whether there're differences in athletes' cognitive style of different levels or not;then,it discusses the attention characteristics differences of different levels on the basis of analyzing Sanda athletes' attention characteristics;Finally,the paper researches into the characteristics of Sanda players' cognitive style and the influences on attention characteristics.Enchase Figure Test(EFT) is adopted to classify Sanda athletes' cognitive style. The subjects are divided into field-dependence,field-middle,and field-independence according to the measurement result of EFT.Attention Test(AT) is to measure Sanda athletes' attention characteristics,divided-attention,attention span,attention stability, and attention shift included.Seventy-six male Sanda athletes from Beijing,Beijing Sports University,Capital Sports College,and Shenyang Physical Education Institute team are the research subjects.One-Way ANOVA and Post Hoc Multiple Comparisons are used in data processing.Conclusions:(1) Elite Sanda athletes' cognitive style is made up of field-dependence or field- middle mainly.However,common athletes' cognitive style is composed by field-dependence or field-middle mainly.(2) The whole level of attention characteristics is differences between elite athletes and common players. Elite Sanda athletes' attention span is better than common level players,but the common players' attention stability and attention shift are better than that of elite athletes.(3) Individual factor of attention characteristics is just influenced by Sanda athletes' cognitive style,i.e.Field-independence athletes' attention span is significantly higher than that of field-dependence and field-middle.
