The Comparative Analysis Of Football Game Development In The Highschools Of The Five Cities In The West Of Inner Mongolia

Football has been part of people's life in the modern civilization city. There are many factors,influence football players of level in this country,but one of the basic and important factor is that we should sow the seeds for young football players.The developed and the developing countries in the field of football both try their best to sow the seeds for young football players to develop their native football game. Therefore,it is the solid foundation to popularize and widely carry out football game activities.The football game in the Inner Mongolia has always been at a c low level in China for a long time.There are many reasons for it.Among them,one of the most important reason is that people did not do better enough to popularize the football games in high schools. In order to fully,objectively and exactly find out the reason that football games in high schools of Inner Mongolia are not of high level, slowly developing,and providing a small batch of outstanding personnels for football game,we should try our best to find a good way to make the football game develop continuously,healthily and rapidly,my thesis based on the surveys,analysis,and research on high schools which have the leading position in the field of football of the five cities in the west of Inner Mongolia,and based on the documents,interviewing specialists,questionaires,and using the research methods such as Comparative Study,Mathematicical Statistics etc.I start my research with the present situation of the football in high school of the western cities in Inner Mongolia.To provide questionnaire and interview 473 students in high school,85 teachers in physical education and trainers in high school,132 students' parents,trough kowning about the situation which the football courses popularize in highschool and high school students' congnition and involvement in football,and how much the managers in high school,and the basic situation of high school football. team in different cities,and the quality and attitude of the coaches, and the extension that students'parents support their children,and the facilities of the ground in high schools,the financial input into training and football matches,I comparatively analyze and come to the following conclusions and suggestions:1.The football game in high schools of the five cities in the west of Inner Mongolia are at a high level,which lead the football game in high schools of Inner Mongolia. But there are big difference among the five cities:the development of football game in high schools of Huhhot,Baotou,and Erdos which have a good economic basic and a fast developement in economy,contrarily,the Bayannaoer,Wuhai is worse.2.Football lessons in the high school are informal,unsystemic and the teaching is ineffective.This point is obvious in developing areas in economy.Hoping the supervisor section can support in the policy of establishing the course.Students become more interested in football,and their motivation is reasonable in participating 3.On the management,organization is unclear,the qualities and the sorts of competition is absent in high school of football game.Parts of high schools still exist school supervisor a leadership to develop to the school football representatives of purpose, meaning understanding not pure,so support in the policy,budget devotion, the personnel manage etc.aspect value the degree isn't enough, especially funds of devotion not enough.Hope to raise a manager's understanding attitude to football activity in the high school.4.The whole character and professional quality of coach in athletes of high school football team is still treated in an exaltation.To be raised Be taking the training motive in the brigade training.The educational background layer of the coach members of the developing city needs to be raised.5.A part of parents don't think that their children can benefit from participating football practice and they also don't support them. So from now on,we should make it important to persuade parents,so that even some of them can realize the importance of practising football.Then the parents will be willing to join the ranks of the service for their children's football practice.
