Study On The Current Situation And Cultivation Countermeasures Of Football Referees In Inner Mongolia

The success of the football match depends much on the football referee on the field,while the cultivation process of an excellent football referee is long and systematic.The development speed of football is getting faster and faster and the demands on referees are getting higher and higher,which requires referees to make more strict and accurate judgments in high-level competitions.This paper provides theoretical basis for promoting the training of football referees in Inner Mongolia by studying the current situation and problems of football referees there and puts forward improvement suggestions.By means of literature research,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper investigated the basic information of 2369 football referees in Inner Mongolia from all aspects,including basic situation of the referees(gender,age structure,grade structure,occupational structure and regional distribution),knowledge acquisition(education structure,English proficiency,computer skill and scientific research)professional level(theoretical study,body exercise,years of working,the number of enforcement,and the level of enforcement)self perceptions(working motivation,subjective factors,objective factors),the analysis in social concern of training and the present situation of referees' promotion.The research conclusions are as follows:1.In the Inner Mongolia football games,the number of senior referees are still relatively scarce,the age of referees is generally young,and the referees at the international and national levels are all around 30 years old.Thus,there is still much room for football referees to develop and improve.2.At present,most of the referees in Inner Mongolia have a bachelor's degree,and their overall computer skills are good,but their English level is generally low and their scientific research awareness is generally weak.3.In the referee team in the Inner Mongolia,referees focus more on the operation in actual match,but they think little of football theory learning and their physical training are relatively lack.At the same time,There is also a slight lack of experience in refereeing because the age of the referee team is young.4.In the Inner Mongolia,most referees' working motivation is their passion for football and have a high professional ethics.The problem is that there is some young referees who lack practical experience and their psychological quality is not good enough.On the basis of the current status of the investigation,the strategies for training football referees in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region include:increase the intensity of football referees selection and cultivation,provide more learning opportunities for them,strengthen the management and training of the referee team,improve the system of their promotion and assessment,and the way of selection so as to improve the overall level of football referees in Inner Mongolia.According to the research results of this paper,it is hoped to provide some references and suggestions for the benign development of football referees in Inner Mongolia.
