The 21st century is the age of information, the Information's collection and transmission are made easier. Therefore, comparing with accumulating and acquiring knowledge, application of knowledge appears more and more important. As math is used more and more in practice, mathematical modeling draws more and more attention of the human .At the time of the mathematical modeling offered and the mathematical modeling competition carried on in the university, in the elementary and secondary school curriculum reform,the system of mathematic modeling will be proposed to blended into it. "The New Mathematics Course Standard"Points out : mathematics curriculum in high schools should be to make the students to experience the Mathematical's function in practical problems and the link with life as well as other subjects, to promote the students to forming and developing mathematics application consciousness and improve the practicing ability step by step.This paper does some research on the high school mathematical modeling under the approach of new curriculum standers. This paper consists of four parts as following:The first part is introduction. This part introduces the background of bring forward of this question, the design of teaching , high school new curriculum, the concept of mathematical modeling, relative research conditions, research methods and the value of this research.Secondly, this paper expounds basic theories of design of teaching of high school mathematical modeling under New curriculum from parts of constructive theory and mathematical theory, problems solving theory and mathematical activities theory.Thirdly, the teaching designing of high school mathematical modeling is the center part of this paper. According to the seven main steps of teaching designing: the analysis of students, organizing of teaching aims, confirming of teaching content, arranging of teaching hour, choosing of teaching methods, designing of teaching activities and teaching evaluation. This part also does some relative research of high school mathematical modeling teaching designing on the basis o f analyzing high school mathematical modeling activities and New mathematical curriculum.finally, doing two classroom hours mathematical modeling teaching designing according to methods and steps of third parts and taking students in grade one of key high schools for example, in ordering to give some helps to high school teachers in the designing of mathematical modeling curriculum.
