The relationship of teachers and students is the basic one of the human relationship, which plays a very important role in the activity of teaching. The normal relationship between students and teachers not only serves to improve the teaching, but also serves to the development of the human civilization. However, with the profound transformation of the society today, the relation of teachers and students in tradition sense has changed, which faces the strongest challenge and becomes undeniable problem. This dissertation analyzes the macro-and-micro elements of the tension of teachers and students and attempts to find out the reasons. Based on this interpretation, I will investigate the solutions which solve the tension and attempt to introduce the conception of the relation of fiduciary as a new point of view in order to supply a beneficial resource for the resolution of the problem.This dissertation is divided into four parts: The first chapter studies the traditional relationship of teachers and students, which grasps the connection of the traditional relationship with the modern relationship of students and teachers. The seconded chapter investigates the relationship of teachers and students in colleges nowadays and the reasons why the tension arises. The following chapter responds to the two solutions solving the problem of teachers and students and explicates the restrictions of the two solutions whiling responding to the problem. Based on the ideas of universities and the specialty of the relationship of students and teachers in colleges, the final chapter attempts to introduce the conceptions of the fiduciary relationship, which will instruct the reconstruction of relationships of students and teachers in college.
