At the same time,it takes people intense brainwork and quicker living rhythm,thus kinds of mental diseases have come into being, "civilization illness" and "city illness" become more and more popular and spread day by day.Sports fields resource is an important part of sports industry,and it is important substance guarantee of the development of sports industry; whether it develops good or not will directly influence the reform and development of sports industry.Now there are 11,538 basketball stadium and 245 basketball indoor stadium,most of which belong to educational system.The economy components of these basketball fields are mostly state economy and collective economy(about 90.55%).More and more leisure time basketball training classes and summer camps appearing,the opening of basketball fields and consumers' require lead to a contradiction.This article investigates and analyses the managing of basketball fields in Zhejiang Province with the means of document,investigation, logic analysis and statistic,and then gets the following conclusion:1.The quantity of basketball court in Zhejiang Province has increased rapidly,but the opening ones are still in the minority,and the overall layout is not reasonable regionally.The number of courts,the put-in funds and the average per capita in the developed area of northeast Zhejiang are obviously higher than those in the less developed southwest area.Compared with cities,courts in villages(towns) are obviously in a shortage.2.Main strategy for managing the basketball courts in Zhejiang Province goes around having games and holding training courses.It is short of promotion,and the service projects are not well formed.The profit mainly comes from the tickets.The opening project and functions are simplistic.None-division or low-level division of the right of owning and managing leads to the shortage of self-managing,especially in the shortage of the rights of personnel,capital arranging,managing determination and profit distributing.All of these seriously tie the manager' s hands.3.According to the analysis,the mainly factors influencing the running and managing of the basketball courts in Zhejiang are:sport resources,self condition,consuming level,sports production,sports managing,national policy,sports market,sports environment.
