Baseball is one of the most popular games in the United States, Japan, Korea and other countries and it is also more and more popular here in china. Researches have been finished on baseball player mainly concerned with the player selection, training density control and training methods, but there's a few researches about injury and recover of amateur baseball player. In baseball game the pitcher plays as a very important part in it, hurt of the pitcher's shoulder is named "pitcher's shoulder". This study evaluated the effect of selected exercise methods' on amateur baseball pitchers who suffered shoulder pain. Through the 'dynamic strength measurement system' to reveal the power and range of movement of these pitcher's shoulder, we made an eye on the effect it took on the joint's power and pain from training to provide an effective self training and recovering method for the amateur player once they get hurt. With the training method we designed on shoulder power, the pitcher should be trained for 10 weeks on power, before and once after the 10 weeks training, the same speed tests were made to the pitcher on their joint, and their speed were 60°/s,180°/s and 300°/s. and we also tested the pain score change of their shoulder joint, the conclusion showed:1) The same speed training made sense on lower the pain on amateur's shoulder.2) Same speed training improved the player's behavior in the 60°/s,180°/s and 300°/s extrorotation, intro rotation peak torque, peak torque to body weight ratio, total work, average power, average peak torque.3) After same speed training, the pain got lowered, it was associated on the PT,PT/BW and APT's no-liner property, appropriate training like this made much help on lower the pain of baseball pitcher shoulder girdle.
