Purpose:This experiment conducted rehabilitation rock climbing training and traditional shoulder joint training for two groups of subjects, observed the changes of shoulder joint function before and after intervention,In order to provide some reference for the prevention of shoulder joint injury.Method: The subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The subjects were respectively given 8 weeks of rehabilitation rock climbing training and classical shoulder joint function training. The shoulder joint function tests including Closed Kinetic Chain Upper Extremity Stability Test and isokinetic muscle strength tests were conducted before,4 and 8 weeks after the intervention respectively.CKCUEST included N value, standardized value and Power value;Isokinetic muscle strength test included 200 degree/s endurance ratio,60 degree/s relative peak torque,60 degree/s,200 degree/s active muscle to antagonist muscle peak torque ratio.Result:1.CKCUEST: Compared with before intervention, the right power value of the control group increased significantly(P < 0.05),while the six values of the experimental group and the other five values of the control group increased highly significantly(P< 0.01).2.Isokinetic muscle strength test indexes(1)200 degree/s endurance ratio:Compared with before intervention, the endurance ratio of right medial, lateral and left lateral rotator in the experimental group increased significantly(P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in the four endurance ratios in the control group(P > 0.05);Except left medial rotator, there were significant differences in the other three endurance ratios between the groups(P < 0.05).(2)60 degree/s relative peak torque: Compared with before intervention, the relative peak torque of left lateral circumflex muscle in the experimental group increased significantly(P < 0.05),and the relative peak torque of left and right lateral circumflex muscle tended to be close.(3)Peak torque ratio of external rotator and internal rotator: Compared with before intervention, the left side ratio of 60 degree/s in the experimental group increased significantly(P < 0.05),the right side ratio of 60 degree/s decreased but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),and left and right side ratio of 60degree/s tended to be close. Conclusion: 1.Rehabilitation rock climbing training and classical shoulder joint function training have positive effects on shoulder joint function, which can improve the dynamic stability and overall function of upper limb-shoulder girdle.2.The effect of rehabilitation rock climbing training on shoulder joint function is better than that of classical shoulder joint function training. The main manifestations are:(1)Rehabilitation rock climbing training can effectively improve the muscle endurance of internal and external rotator muscles of shoulder joint.(2)Rehabilitation rock climbing training can regulate the maximum strength of the right and left homonymous muscles to reach relative balance.(3)Rehabilitation rock climbing training can regulate the stability of left and right joints to reach relative balance.
