Being crucial part of the vocational education endeavor in a technical vocational school, on-campus career guidance facilitates those students in their smooth transition to the real society, individual achievement and social contribution or social progress at large. The aim of career guidance in a technical vocational school is to inform its students with technical know-how and the features of their future career so as to equip themselves with professional knowledge, skills and expertise to better serve the loving career. Occupational guidance came into being because of the development of social economy and vocation, and developed and consummated unceasingly. At present, graduates from secondary vocational school are faced with a variety of occupational predicaments. Likewise, construction of the occupational guidance system has many problems such as lagged conception, imperfect institution, short supply of special teacher, unilateral content, and so on. Based on the vocational guidance of the content and features,the main theory of domestic and international secondary vocational schools vocational guidance system, the author researched that the focus of vocational guidance is that: Strength the vocational schools of the importance attached to vocational guidance; Vocational guidance department to achieve systematic, specialized vocational guidance officers; Vocational guidance system model of innovation; Ways and means of vocational guidance can be rich students at different stages according to the different characteristics of the contents of the guidance should be the focus, form and content should be matched.In addition, schools should lead the students to conduct career lanning, while enhancing entrepreneurship education so that students acquire career planning and design flow, with awareness of their own businesses, with an initial start-up capacity. Secondary vocational schools vocational guidance system can help students successfully to employment, schools, sustainable development, and social rational allocation of human resources.Based on the secondary vocational schools, vocational guidance at home and abroad to develop an analysis of the situation, especially with the United States, Japan and other developed countries, compared to vocational guidance, vocational school to find my country in the status of vocational guidance and the existing problems, and give to improve the problem of improving vocational guidance measures to make secondary vocational schools, career guidance can play a role more fully, in order to educate, guide students to establish a correct professional ideals and professional concepts, improve the professional quality of comprehensive and integrated professional consciousness of educational activities.It is a school-based educators a sense of responsibility and a sense of crisis, this paper, secondary vocational schools students cultivate a correct concept of employment put forward proposals and consider a few points to help students establish a correct concept of employment to enable students to obtain better survival and development Spaces.
