Through practice and exploration of nearly 20years,The high-level basketball sports team, as the important component of the high-level sports team of University of our country, has accumulated some experience and certain achievement., although store a lot of in weak point. The purpose of this paper is to discover the primary factors which restrict the development of elite basketball sports teams of universities in Jiangxi Province on the base of investigating the development situation of elite basketball sports teams of universities in Jiangxi Province comprehensively, propose the pointed strategy thoroughly and Systematically, provide the essential theory support for the development of elite basketball sports teams of universities in Jiangxi Province.This paper mainly uses literature analyses, expert visit, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistic and so on.
