The new curriculum advocates realizing common promotion and enhancement between teaching and learning, and the common development of teachers and students, through concerning about the emotion and strengthening communication between teachers and students. Therefore, the emotional problem of classroom communication between teachers and students in the new curriculum reform of basic education has received much attention. At the same time, emotion has an important role and great value in teaching. Positive emotion will strengthen the infection, harmonize the relationship between teachers and students, promote students' cognitive ability, improve students' learning, and promote teaching quality. While negative emotion will block the communication between teachers and students, inhibit students' cognitive and learning ability, decrease the quality of teaching. So, in classroom communication between teachers and students, the harmonious development between teachers and students can happen, only when teachers use emotional factors appropriately.However, by the impact of exam-oriented education, the process of communication between teachers and students is just one-way knowledge transmission, just as an instrumental and cognitive communication. This kind of mechanized communication process neglects emotional factors between teachers and students, lead to apathy and opposed relationship between them, even in some conflict. Thus, it has great theoretical significance and practical value to research the emotional problems of classroom communication between teachers and students.Summing up the study results of predecessors, this thesis bases on the theories of Educational Communication, Kommunikative Didaktik, Affective Teaching, and Emotional Psychology. It comes to classroom observation project through questionnaire survey firstly, and then gets the summary emotional problems that classroom communication between teachers and students of high school, through classroom observation and interview.These emotional problems are mainly shown in five aspects, they are athymia, affective formal, emotional imbalances, emotional engraft and too much negative emotional experience. And this thesis analyzes the reasons from classroom environmental factors, classroom or teaching rules, teachers, and students.To the emotional problems of classroom communication, it will lead to bad relationship or conflict between teachers and students, if teachers mismanage. To improve and resolve the emotional problems, and to establish good communicational emotion between teachers and students, first, it should have the external environmental conditions and reasonable teaching rules as the protection. In addition, aimed at the present situation of classroom communication between teachers and students in high school, teachers should also establish a correct concept of teacher-student interaction, which is the foundation of establishing good communicational emotion between teachers and students. And the core of establishing good communicational emotion between teachers and students is to meet the students' emotional needs of attachment, respect and understanding in classroom communication between teachers and students. While, the crux to improve and resolve the emotional problems of classroom communication between teachers and students is to use the art of emotional communication between teachers and students correctly and appropriately, such as establishing appropriate and positive expectations of teachers, strengthening non-verbal communication, switching roles, finding the resonance point, and giving more appropriate encourage and praise, and less criticism and punishment, etc.
