Communication means the relationship between people in certain social relations. It is a course of interaction and influence on the behaviors and psychology between two parties. The modern teaching theories regard teaching process as the one of teacher-students communication, interaction and development. Some scholars hereby suggest that communication is the essence of teaching. But in the facts of teaching, there are many problems in the course of teacher-students communication. The prior studies focused principally on theory study, and as for practical study, it appears to be deficient.The teacher-students communication is affected by many factors. The factor outside the educational system is the traditional culture, which has great influence on the concept of person. The internal factors come from educational system, teachers and students per se. The singularity of communication content and the one-way communication pattern are the main problems in the traditional classroom teaching. The author of this paper constructs a model to discuss the influence of the contributing factors on the teacher-students communication, and suggests that the teacher-students communication is a course of scientific information teaching and emotional information interaction, which occurs in a democratic, equal and free circumstances. A full path communication pattern is beneficial to motivate the study enthusiasm and creativity of students, and to exhibit the vitality of classroom teaching.In the fourth parts of this paper, by using case study method, the author suggests that, in order to establish a democratic, equal and free communication relations, teachers should:(l) construct and internallize the concept of communication; (2) use suitable teaching methods; (3) well harmonize the relations between democracy and authority; (4) equally communicate with all students and (5) create a communicative teaching environment, in this way we can facilitate the integrated development of students.
