| In today's world the highest level of football competition is the World Cup every four years. As the standard of European football ahead of the world, European Cup is said to be small World Cup, which is part of the world's top level of football. China's soccer is now at an all time low. Doing summary and research on offensive tactics of strong team in the world can provide China's football training and competition a theoretical reference.This paper adopts literature, video observation, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, expert interviews to research and analyze the means of offensive tactics used by 2002-2008 two-time World Cup, two European Cup semi-final teams to participate in a total of 82 games. Found from the study: Due to the rules of modern football is relatively fixed, technical and tactical research has also been more careful, as a whole is in a stable period of development. Their means of offensive tactics of the mainstream long-term dominant.
