Objective:To explore the Plyometric training to young men, middle-distance athletes, the influence of the special ability.Methods:14 young men, two more than the national middle-distance athletes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, for a period of 9 weeks of Plyometric training in experimental research, experimental and control groups for each training course are run using the same training program, At the same time the experimental group every Tuesday, Friday In addition to running the scheme, then add a certain amount of Plyometric training in the control group in addition to training to run no longer join the other experiments stimulation the same time, by observing the experimental subjects before and after the body shape index (body weight, body fat percentage, fat-free mass), motor quality indicators (number of 100-meter stride jump,60-meter dash, standing triple jump), biomechanics indicators (elastic energy utilization), exercise physiology indicators (PWC170/body weight, maximum oxygen uptake) and sports an integrated indicators (run economic,3-km run performance) changes, to clarify the Plyometric Training on the young man was a special ability of middle-distance athletes.Results:After the experimental group significantly reduced body weight (P <0.05), hundred percent body fat significantly decreased (P<0.01), but the fat-free mass had no significant change (P> 0.05); the experimental group after the experiment 100 m the number of stride jump, standing triple jump of 60 meters accomplishments and achievements have significantly increased (P<0.01); the experimental group after the experiment of elastic energy utilization significantly increased (P<0.01); the experimental group after the experiment PWC170/weight and V02max no significant changes (P> 0.05); the experimental group after the experiment of running economy (RE), and 3-km run performance were significantly increased (P<0.01); control group, the above indicators were compared before and after experiment There was no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Plyometric training can effectively develop young men, middle-distance athletes, the special ability. Is mainly reflected in Plyometric training can improve the body of young men, middle-distance athletes, the external shape, increase physical enrichment degrees, and without gaining weight with a substantial increase in the quality movement, while promoting increased utilization of elastic energy to make energy savings of and thus make running economy (RE) be enhanced and eventually no change in the case of heart lung function significantly increased male adolescent middle-distance athletes,3-km running performance.
