Start is an important part of short track speed skating and important factor to achieve outstanding results. Particularly with the 500-meter race, the start of the race plays a decisive role to achieve victory. In order to ensure the fastest players from the static state of the entry of high-speed roll stage; it is apart from asking their players to have good endurance explosive qualities, but also a reasonable movement structure. Reasonable structure is conducive to control equipment to get victory.Using Three-dimensional fixed-point camera method we shoot the start of the short track speed skating athletes under the conditions of the race with 2 JVC-3000 constant speed cameras. Shooting frequency is 50Hz. The used calibration frame is'Peak'. We obtain the data with video analysis system, using software calculations-QTOOLS.By studying the world's best short track speed skating athletes, the starting line action in the relevant aspects of the body posture and movement characteristics, analyze the process of starting a major joint angle, joint velocity and center of gravity point of displacement and other indicators at the starting line in the process of kinematic features of the use of mathematical statistics France found that the law, in order to provide the basis for technical evaluation and training. Results and Conclusions:1.Duration of start affects the final result soundly. Shortening the period of first complex step, especially the time for initiating, enhancing the second stroke, improving the balance when two glides are both on ice, help a lot in improving the performance in 500m short track speed skating.2. There is obvious relationship between the height of mass center of the body of skater and the velocity in the direction of forwarding. Better acceleration can be obtained if the height of mass center of the body is low enough and of what the vibration is comparatively small.3. Angle between crus and the plane of ice ground, and the angle between trunk and the plane of ice ground influence the speed of mass center of the body when start. Lowering down both of them can get greater acceleration when getting start.4. When the glide is on ice, angle of the hip joint should be in the range from 43.5°to 63°, therefore the coming stroke can be committed as soon as possible, and the duration of effective move in this stroke will be longer.5. Comparing angle of ankle joint on both sides within the period of first complex step, it is easy to find that the movement of left ankle is much less obvious than the left one for all of those 6 skaters.6.The angle velocity of hip joint and knee joint of the leg which is committing the stroke has obvious relationship with the speed of mass center of the body.
