Football talents are closely related to the level of a country football. The world football powerful nation football athletics level is high most benefitted to they have formed a great extent science football training pattern. The football training pattern what our country present use, has not been able to meet the development of football. The "Network school" took one kind of new football training pattern, has what merit as well as the insufficiency in the reserve personnel training. Whether it can effectively promote China's reserve football talents.In order to solve the above problems. This paper uses literature, questionnaire surveys made law, mathematical statistics and interviews, etc. Through the detailed investigation and analysis, to the new "network school" football training model which establishment by Beijing Guoan Football Club. At last draw the following conclusions.1."Network school" use the advantage of the professional football clubs, amateur clubs and schools.Developing a "high skills", "high culture" and "high moral quality" all-round development of integrated human resources as the guiding ideology, and have achieved certain results, good learning and training conditions to attract the majority of students, making athletes rich resources for the "school network" culture of football talents have provided favorable conditions for sustainable development. But "school network" is also a relatively small number.2. "Network school" football talents in the training area is not yet institutionalized, embodied in the athlete's recruitment selection, training, learning is also a lack of specific rules and regulations for protection.3, "Network school" most of the team training 1 day,5 days per week training, the average is about 8.5 hours per week training, basic enough training time, training venues and facilities essential to meet the training needs need to be further improved matches played less, the team lack of funds.4.
