Study On Secondary Vocational School Students' Learning Burnout And Countermeasures

The study looked on the current condition of the research about learning burnout abroad and home. The study worked out the questionnaire of vocational school students'learning burnout. The investigation was conducted with the questionnaire in studying of Wenzhou No.2 Vocational Secondary Specialized School students, in order to find out present situation of secondary vocational school students'learning burnout, and pose countermeasures to ease secondary vocational school students' learning burnout. Thus it is both able to enrich psychology theory about learning burnout, and be able to help secondary vocational school teachers to understand and treat secondary vocational school students'learning burnout properly. Also, it is be able to provide a reference for exploring countermeasure to boost secondary vocational school students'study, and improving students'mental health level and lifting school education quality.The result shows that:learning burnout exists among secondary vocational school students. It can not be ignored. For the dimensions, the score in academic efficacy is the highest. For the gender, girl students get more scores than boy students. For different grades, students in Grade Three make highest scores. For different living areas, students from rural area get highest scores. For different special fields of study, students from computer special field get lowest scores.The reason of secondary vocational school students learning burnout is in many ways, such as social factor, school factor, teacher factor, student individual factor, student family factor etc. To ease secondary vocational school students'learning burnout, we must make a concerted effort. The countermeasures are optimizing social environment and making more efforts to aid vocational education, improving school education and ensuring good campus environment, lifting teacher quality, straightening students'attitude and optimizing student's mentality mechanism, changing family education concept and so on.
