At present swimming around the world regardless of regulations, the project settings, skill level and athletic performance, and other aspects of development has the progressing by leaps and bounds, already become the competitive focus of the Olympic Games projects, many countries have listed swimming as a key project in the Olympic Games, swimming games already become the One of the most popular events around the world. The development of today's swimming has been elevated to a higher stage, not only overall strength of national economies and scientific and technological level of competition but also a competition for swimming talents, in order to achieve the sustainable development of swimming requires a lot of good swimming talents. Swimming reserve talents increasingly demonstrated its importance.In order to achieve greater breakthroughs in swimming and improve the overall level of swimming to ensure that swimming in 30th Olympic Games achieve better results and effectively enhance, training of the swimming reserve talents, and improvement of the coaches' coaching level is a priority. This paper is based on swimming development status and needs to research the cultivation status of swimming reserve talents ages 89-96 whom prepare for 30th Olympic Games. Propose appropriate countermeasures for problems of the cultivation status, trying to provide useful reference information for achievement of Chinese swimming at 30th Olympic Games.In order to acquire real and detailed information, the author has carried on the in-depth and detailed investigation to swimming reserve talents ages 89-96. And the author has researched and analyzed the relevant data to find the problems about the cultivation status at 30th Olympic Games of Chinese swimming reserve talents. Lastly, find the solutions of the problems and put forward feasible suggestions. In this paper, through literature data, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, educed the following conclusions:1,Chinese swimming reserve talents prepare for the 2012 Olympic Games show a unevenly distribution, there are geographical distribution, projects distribution and power distribution.2,Coaches team in the absence of highly educated young coaches, and lack of professional training.3,Reserve talents team in the absence of physical trainers, lack of core strength training and departure and turned training.4,The short-term back-up reserve talents training can not be a long and sustained increase in the level of reserve talents'score, lack of training time and small number of athletes affected the achievement level of increase.5,Coaches, researchers, doctors lack of adequate communication, can not fully play the role of the three.
