Research On The Strategy And Countermeasure Of China's Figure Skating Reserve Talents Training Mode Under The Background Of Beijing Winter Olympic Games In 2022

The 2022 winter Olympics will soon be held in China for the first time.Figure skating,as an event of the winter Olympics,has a good mass base and a glorious history in China.It is one of the potential gold MEDALS of he 2022 winter Olympics.From the 1990s to the beginning of this century,China's figure skating has made great development and progress,and the appearance of Chen Lu,Shen Xue,Zhao Hongbo and many other internationally renowned figure skaters has brought China's figure skating to a new height of development,which has aroused the high attention of Chinese people to this event.However,due to the lack of high-level reserve talents,China's figure skating in recent years fell into a relatively slow development,competition results are relatively flat period of silence.Sports should start from the foundation and start from the youth.Strengthening the construction of reserve talent team is not only an effective way to promote the realization of the goal of "participating in but also outstanding" in China's figure skating program,but also a powerful guarantee to ensure the sustainable development of China's figure skating program.To understand the bottleneck of restricting our figure skating back-up personnel training problems,to explore an efective strategy to promote the development of Chinese figure skating project last,based on the background of the age of the 2022 winter Olympics,and in combination with the"national fitness plan(2016-2020)",the "healthy China 2030" planning outline”,"about strengthening competitive sport backup talent cultivation work guidance of policy documents,such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,such as research methods,figure skating in China the status quo of the cultivation of reserve talented person and feasible mode are studied.Research findings:1.2022 years winter Olympics approaching,make the figure skating backup talent cultivation in our country is facing enormous challenges,but the country to "national fitness","teaching" the emphasis and attention,and people increasingly awakening consciousness of sports,"three hundred million people on the ice and snow" vision is put forward,and a good mass base factors such as figure skating movement for figure skating backup talent cultivation in China provides an unprecedented development opportunity.2.There are two types of training modes for figure skating reserve talents in China:one is the three-level sports school training system dominated and managed by the sports bureau,and the other is the amateur club training mode;At present,the training intensity of figure skating youth sports in China can basically meet the training needs,and its training methods are in the process of continuous improvement,but the opportunity to participate in the competition is relatively small.3.At present,our country exist in figure skating backup talent cultivation "small audience:failed to mobilize the enthusiasm of youth","small range selection:failed to be selected for the teenagers","small scale cultivation:failed to contact the school sports an effective","small entry:failed to cause the extensive concern of social public" and other issues,and develop the idea slightly worn,training mode is relatively single,propaganda wanting,teach the relative lack of talent,scientific research strength is not enough leads to the key causes of these problems;4.Rely on state physical cultural administrative departments at all levels to develop competitive sports reserve talented person's way already cannot satisfy the needs of the development of the Chinese figure skating project,the overall plan of figure skating backup talent cultivation for "outstanding to implement a strategy,lead the figure skating back-up personnel training direction","stick to push two fusion,build a figure skating backup talent cultivation system" and "out" three base","figure skating back-up personnel training emphasis".At the same time,the practical dificulties in the training of figure skating reserve talents in China at the present stage should be solved by such specific strategies as "changing the concept,innovating the talent training path","extensively building up publicity and promotion","paying attention to coordination,promoting the in-depth integration of sports and education",and "taking multiple measures to build a higher level team".
